Abstract

본 발명은 균일한 광 확산성을 갖는 광학 재료를 형성할 수 있는 아크릴계 수지 입자를 제공한다. 본 발명의 아크릴계 수지 입자는 체적 기준의 누적 10% 입자 직경을 개수 기준의 누적 10% 입자 직경으로 나눈 값α, 체적 기준의 누적 50% 입자 직경을 개수 기준의 누적 50% 입자 직경으로 나눈 값γ 및 체적 기준의 누적 90% 입자 직경을 개수 기준의 누적 90% 입자 직경으로 나눈 값η이 소정의 관계를 만족시키고 또한 체적 기준의 입자 직경의 CV값이 30∼40%임과 함께, 체적 기준의 누적 10% 입자 직경을 체적 기준의 누적 50% 입자 직경으로 나눈 값A가 0.75 이하이고 또한 체적 기준의 누적 90% 입자 직경을 체적 기준의 누적 50% 입자 직경으로 나눈 값B가 1.1∼1.6인 것을 특징으로 한다.
In the present invention, provided is an acrylic resin particle which forms optical materials with uniform light diffusion properties. The acrylic resin particle of the present invention has α value, γ value and η value which are satisfied with a certain relationship wherein the α value means 10% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume is divided by 10% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to numbers; γ value means 50% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume is divided by 50% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to numbers; and η value means 90% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume is divided by 90% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to numbers. In addition, the acrylic resin particle of the present invention has a CV value, an A value and a B value wherein the CV value of the diameter of particles with respect to volume is 30 to 40%; the A value is not less than 0.75 obtained by dividing 10% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume by 50% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume; and the B value is 1.1 to 1.6 obtained by dividing 90% of the diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume by 50% of diameter of accumulated particles with respect to volume.
